Rudolph Logistics System

At our company Lean Management has its own name: The Rudolph Logistics System

With the "Rudolph Logistics System" (RLS) we have established a Lean Management system for the Rudolph Logistics Group and in doing so have written three essential principles into the company DNA: We are always guided by customer benefits; we strive for perfection through continual improvement; we mobilize all employees.

  • We simplify and standardize processes where it makes sense. This makes your operations more stable and less susceptible to errors. And guarantees you secure and consistently high quality in our services.

  • The Rudolph Logistics System has been designed for sustainability. Using maturity assessment tools we review how the Rudolph Logistics System is functioning and where we need to improve. This way you can be sure that where it says "Lean Management" on the outside, there is also real Lean Management on the insi
